30 Day Return or Exchange Policy

Items purchased before December 25th, 2024 can be returned or exchanged until January 30th, 2025.

All items must be returned with packaging and in as new condition. Any wear and tear will render the items inelligible for return or exchange.

If you find any defects with your item, please contact info@foxandravenjewellery.ca and  we will work to resolve your issue in a timely fashion.

All items are made from solid precious metals. Tarnishing/discolouration can happened from the oils on your skin, the products you use, submerging the items in bleach, other chemicals, or salt water. The best way to clean light tarnish is to rub the item with the polishing cloth provided. No additives are necessary. For heavier tarnish, gently scrub using dish soap on a tooth brush under warm water. Metal polish used on a soft cloth is also effective for heavier tarnish.
